The lady in the office was very friendly! She got me in a door at 0800, for a 0900 appointment. They had me unloaded and paperwork in hand by 0910. This was a great delivery. I would be happy to come back!

What a place! I delivered 15 hours early. Was in and out in less than an hour. No overnight parking on site, the guy in receiving said he would show me where to park but I didn't need parking so just ask if you need parking. Will definitely not have a problem coming back here again

I had a Noon appt on Feb 6, 2024 called from the small Pilot only a mile from them in Springdale romper them know I was ready if they wanted me early the lady said no. But called me back minutes later said she had a door for me if I could come so I immediately got there in minutes into door 2 loaded and out in less than 90 minutes! Crazy good! What a bunch of professionals and I would go back there a 1000 times if sent there! One of the best load pickups I’ve had in the past 10 years! It’s not always this easy but I was ready and they were ready and I got in and out faster then I can remember in recent years! Highly recommend this load deliveries were also fluid and in constant motion as I was checking in so these guys and gals know what they are doing! Tell them Roy from Giltner sent you! Take care everyone at South Coast Baking! You’re the best! Five Star plus easily!! The woman handling me in shipping forget her name was the friendliest and sharpest knife in the drawer!

The staff are so cooperative the two members in the check in office they both are quite good and polite . My appointment was next day and i check in just before the next day so they loaded my truck within 1 hour . Thanks .

These people are amazing.. My delivery appointment was messed up from broker. They told me it was at 10:22 pm I thought was odd so I called and they said no it’s 7:am the lady said if you come today you might be worked in. When I arrived the guys in receiver worked with me and was able to get me unloaded had to go to a different wear house a couple miles away but That’s fine. They were supper friendly and got me unloaded quickly and on my way!! Thanks for such a great experience and taking care of me so quickly! Y’all Rock!

I had a delivery of chocolate from Pennsylvania with a 12:00 p.m. delivery. I checked in at 9:00 p.m. the night before and there was nobody there so I signed in. They called me at 6:00 a.m. and I was asleep. I returned their call at 9:00 a.m. and they sent me to another location a mile away and said I was next to be in that dock. A lot of these bad reviews must be written by people with like 60 days experience.

Had live unload appt for 6am. Sent to 583 Skyler St, 1 mile away. Backed into the door, unloaded by 7am. Everyone was very friendly. No complaints. If you go to Skyler St warehouse, use 1st drive so you can line up with the dock easy. DO NOT slide tandems.

Was scared after seeing all the reviews. Arrived at 10:30 am for 11am delivery. Checked in and was sent to another location, backed in at door right away. The guy working there is quick and I was unloaded in 20 mins.

NO Overnight parking in their yard. So I had a buddy give me a heads up on how to get in and out of this place easy. I parked on that side street next to the facility and between the hotel. There’s room for a few trucks and nobody bothered me. I woke up at 5 AM and walked across a small grass field and went and checked in. Although my appointment wasn’t until 12 noon, they took my bills and my name was on the sign-in sheet… I went back to the truck and took a nap and about 2 1/2 hours later they called me to go to 583 Skyler… It’s their overflow warehouse. It’s like a mile and a half away and easy Peezy to get into. So after all was said and done, I had delivered 17 pallets by 9:30 AM way ahead of schedule… The employees did a great job, as did the lady who unloaded my trailer… She was super awesome and really fast ✌🏼
